Anti-SpeedHack Notes:
__sxei_antispeed 1 -> enable anti-speedhack (default 1)
__sxei_antispeed 0 -> disable anti-speedhack
The kick message on sxe.ini is "sxei_speed_detected" default value "SPEEDHACK DETECTED!"
